Business Development and Sales

This position is for you if you feel you are qualified and experienced to build our network, drive our market share growth and show our future clients what vision and how awesome solutions we have. Your primary tasks will include identifying new sales leads, pitching Leopoly products and services, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and potential customers and make new friends in the industry.

When it comes to driving Leopoly business forward, day-to-day duties typically include:

  • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Think with and for the client and define clear value propositions
  • Work with the management to define, launch, and drive strategic initiatives

When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:

  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing sales goals

Head of Marketing

Leopoly is seeking Head of Marketing to grow the demand and awareness of our pioneer 3D and virtual reality solutions, including online product customizers, easy 3D design tools and apps.

As head of marketing you are the one who structures the whole Leopoly story, handles our communication and presence to the outer world and looks for potential new channels. In this role, your main focus should be on digital marketing (including inbound and content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media and campaign marketing, display ads, e-mail direct marketing). You don’t have to deliver everything by yourself, but you have to be skilled to manage and drive marketing activities with the team, agencies or freelancers.

You will also have an impact on different marketing programs across PR, and partnership building with our clients and partners. As an early member of the marketing team, you will wear more hats and will join a small team of experts to create a lasting brand.

Your primary responsibilities would be

  • Creating and executing strategies that drive brand awareness and generate demand!
  • Creating and executing a digital marketing plans (online ads, SEO, inbound marketing, analytics)
  • Forge new partnerships for content marketing and cross-promotion opportunities.
  • Grow our platform by having interesting conversations with interesting people - Drive Leopoly’s growth via strong, sustained word-of-mouth
  • Work with media and PR agencies and manage agencies to push Leopoly story forward

You may take part and or manage

  • Positioning and launching Leopoly products to the market
  • Translate product features and customer successes into compelling short stories that resonate with our markets and the media.
  • Manage the process of creating figures, videos and concepts to bring Leopoly to life on the website, in collateral, and in presentation materials.
  • Ensure we address the needs of the media and our markets in novel and surprising ways.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications

  • Creative thinking, with the ability to take vision into reality
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms and tricks
  • Confident with building relationships with partners and media
  • Can devise and execute integrated marketing plans
  • Experience positioning and introducing new products to the market
  • 2-5 years of marketing communications experience
  • Exceptional written and good oral communication skills
  • Familiar with start-up culture and or 3D / Virtual Reality technologies
