Do I need to use a foot scan?
No, designs can be completed with measurement or shoe size driven dimensions.
Are foot scans rectified in the editor?
No, the design is parametric and the scans are not modified.
How long do printed insoles last?
It depends greatly on design, patient weight and activity levels, material, and post-processing (for example Vapor Smoothing will improve mechanical properties). Formlabs had samples that survived ~4 million cycles.
Can you export for FDM or CNC?
Yes, FDM and CNC friendly designs are available. We do not export G-code directly or provide nesting services.
